How should a nonprofit look at the organizational cash flow? What are the challenges of a typical NGO when setting up the basic financial management tools?
During one of our trainings, we recreated\u00a0 and explored the life-cycle of a make believe organization, navigating \u2013 on fast forward \u2013 through the solutions managers can find to keep their nonprofit afloat and cash-positive during uncertain times.
We thank the members of CERC Boldesti-Scaeni and Light for Roma Association for their earnest and enthusiastic engagement throughout this pilot workshop.
