Proiectul \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 \u00eenfiin\u021beze dou\u0103 centre func\u021bionale de sprijin al antreprenoriatul rural \u00een dou\u0103 ecodestina\u021bii din Rom\u00e2nia. Centrele vor fi coordonate de organiza\u021bii locale, pe care le vom sprijini s\u0103 furnizeze servicii profesioniste de dezvoltare antreprenorial\u0103, cu prec\u0103dere pentru ini\u021biativele \u0219i afacerile rurale locale. Acestea vor oferi programe adaptate nevoilor antreprenorilor locali, mentorat \u0219i consultan\u021b\u0103 aplicat\u0103, devenind, pe termen lung, repere locale pentru dezvoltarea ecosistemelor antreprenoriale din ecodestina\u021bii.<\/p>\n

Programul va contribui, de asemenea, la cre\u0219terea capacit\u0103\u021bii Organiza\u021biilor locale de ecoturism sau a unor consor\u021bii locale de sprijin de a ac\u021biona ca facilitatori ai cooper\u0103rii antreprenoriale, ai dezvolt\u0103rii economice locale \u0219i ai cre\u0219terii afacerilor rurale.<\/p>\n

Rezultat 1:<\/b> Dou\u0103 centre-pilot de sprijin pentru antreprenoriat sunt \u00eenfiin\u021bate \u00een cele dou\u0103 ecodestina\u021bii pilot incluse \u00een program. Acestea vor oferi programe structurate de dezvoltare antreprenorial\u0103 pentru cel pu\u021bin 60 de afaceri locale \u0219i servicii personalizate de consultan\u021b\u0103 \u0219i mentorat.<\/p>\n

Rezultat 2:<\/b> Gradul de con\u0219tientizare \u0219i vizibilitatea modelelor de sprijin pentru antreprenoriatul rural cresc semnificativ la nivel local \u0219i na\u021bional, ajung\u00e2nd la peste 10.000 de persoane \u0219i pozi\u021bion\u00e2nd interven\u021bia-pilot ca model demonstrativ cu poten\u021bial de replicare.<\/p>\n

      Synerb directly supported 7 local NGOs from Romania to find, assess and develop a number of income generating activities or social venture ideas and design functional prototypes or test services.\u00a0The overall goal of the Cre\u0219tem ONG-uri<\/em> initiative, run by the Civil Society Foundation and supported by Kaufland Romania through the \u00cen stare de bine<\/em> programme,\u00a0 was to support small NGOs to become more sustainable and impact driven<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\r\n
