Concordia (ongoing)

The Humanitarian Organization Concordia represents a robust model of social impact that combines social support with vocational education and employment. Concordia runs 5 vocational education schools and has established Concordia Development, a social enterprise that provides a transitory working place for youth graduating from the vocational schools. Concordia’s purpose is to offer practical experience through employment to vulnerable youth so that they could become confident to access the open labor market. Concordia Development currently has 4 branches: a bakery, a garden, a hostel and a cafeteria.

We support Concordia with business modelling and finance mentorship to develop their various social business branches.
