Mentorship and capacity building program for reviving derelict assets
Deschis! is a program designed and implemented in partnership with MKBT: Make Better, with the end goal to support organizations in their efforts to revive derelict assets and galvanize local communities to reutilise these assets. The program is open to organizations from the 7 ecotourism destinations in Romania: Băile Tușnad și Împrejurimile, Eco Maramureș, Pădurea Craiului, Colinele Transilvaniei, Țara Dornelor, Țara Hațegului – Retezat and Ținutul Zimbrului.
Synerb’s role in Deschis! is to support the selected cohort in building a long term strategic fundraising vision and with planning and piloting income generating activities.
ACTIVITIES PLANNED
- Providing microgrants totalling 20,000 USD, for 5 organizations that will prototype various products or services;
- Providing tailored technical assistance to 7 organizations selected in the program: one-on-one mentorship on Strategic Institutional Fundraising and Social Venture Ideation.
