Entrepreneurship Centers in Ecodestinations
Establishing to rural entrepreneurship centres
The project aims to establish two functional Rural entrepreneurship support centers in two Romanian ecotourism destinations, led by local organizations empowered and support in delivering structured business development services. These centers will provide tailored programs for rural ventures, mentoring, and consulting, becoming long-term anchors of local entrepreneurial ecosystems.
The program will also strengthen the capacity of Ecotourism Development Organizations (EDOs) or a local support consortia to act as facilitators of rural business cooperation and growth.
Outcomes
- Outcome 1: Two pilot entrepreneurship centers are established in ecodestinations, offering structured programs for at least 60 businesses and providing tailored advisory and mentoring.
- Outcome 2: Awareness and visibility of rural entrepreneurship support models are significantly increased at local and national levels, reaching over 10,000 people and positioning the pilot as a demonstration for replication.
