Scaling impact-driven ventures
Scaling support for high-impact ventures in Romania
MARC is a regional scaling programme for social enterprises and mission-driven organizations. Marc is implemented in Romania by Synerb, and it is delivered in partnership with ERSTE Foundation, Erste Social Finance, IFUA Nonprofit Partner, and SIMPACT – Increasing Your Social Impact.
The local partners of the program are BCR and BCR Social Finance. The goal is to scale and transform environmental or social impact ventures to become investment ready. MARC offers hands-on mentorship, growth diagnostics, and strategic support to help the 24 ventures on their path to investment-readiness. Participants gain access to regional learning networks, customized technical assistance from experts and mentors, capital access opportunities.

Growth Camp: an intensive 3-day bootcamp focused on ESG, impact measurement, investor readiness, and strategic communications.

Investor Connect: curated networking with funders, banks, and regional ecosystem leaders.
